Join us for a festive evening, delicious food and drinks, lively conversation, and exciting silent auction bidding as we gather to celebrate and support TPG!

Congratulations to Meesh and Melinda whose dedication, warmth, and care have shaped our classrooms and community for 10 Years! We also celebrate Mr. Joe for 20 years of sharing the joy of music with TPG children.

One of the best ways to support TPG is to attend and/or sponsor the auction. Sponsorships underwrite the event and include a charitable donation to Trinity Playgroup. 

 

What to expect?

Leave the kids behind for the big night out! Enter through the Trinity@22 entrance at 2200 Spruce St.

The Event is from 7-10pm

7:00- Cheers to 57 Years!!! Party Begins. Parents, Alum Families, New Families, Friends of TPG – all welcome.

8:30- Greetings & Community Program – come together for teacher recognition – 10 YEARS for Meesh and Melinda, 20 YEARS of Music with Mr. Joe, toast, and school video.

9:00- Program concludes, but the party continues!

10:00 Party ends, but no worries, you can get your last bids in no matter where you are for the “after party.”

11:00 Auction bidding concludes!!!

What is the best way to enjoy the event?

Be sure to register before you arrive to save time and do contactless check in.

Set your bids in advance and buy your 50/50 chance so you can relax and enjoy the event.

Eat, Drink & Be Merry – enjoy a favorite community event and night out at TPG.

 

Is there a dress code? There is none. Our theme is “Enchanted Forest,” so feel free to embrace it.

What happens after May 1st?

You will be notified about auction item wins after 11 pm on May 1st. You will win no matter where you are. When you win, you’ll simply be prompted to do a self-checkout via text. Go to Pay on the auction site to finalize payment.

Item pick up will happen at Trinity Playgroup during the week of May 4th.

We are grateful to all who volunteer their time, make contributions, and join in the fun.
